About This Service
A proper mulch application each spring does more for your planting beds than almost any other single service: it retains soil moisture through summer heat, suppresses weed germination, moderates soil temperature, and provides a slow nutrient release as it breaks down. It also gives the entire property a clean, finished look that dramatically improves curb appeal.
We apply double-shredded hardwood mulch at the correct depth (2–3 inches) after pulling back old mulch and edging beds cleanly. We never 'volcano mulch' around trees — a practice that rots bark and kills trees over time. All materials are sourced fresh for each season.
