Featured Ho-Ho-Kus Project: Thermal Bluestone Patio, Fieldstone Walls & Garden Courtyard
A complete front and rear landscape renovation for a Ho-Ho-Kus stucco residence showcases what Rock-N-Gardens does best: solving structural and aesthetic problems at the same time. We built a sweeping fieldstone retaining wall system along the entire front and side yard, installed a Belgian block driveway apron at the street, and laid a natural flagstone walkway with bluestone steps from the driveway to the front door. In the rear, we installed a custom thermal bluestone patio and created an expansive pea-gravel courtyard with fire pit seating, bordered by raised stone planting beds filled with lavender, columnar arborvitae, and ornamental grasses. Boxwood, rose of Sharon, knockout roses, and perennials complete the picture — a property that's as well-structured as it is beautiful.
